1. Data controller

Personal data collected on Amazing.tn is processed by Amazing TN (Sole trader (auto-entrepreneur)), unique identifier 1992733G, whose registered office is at 5 Rue Grand Maghreb, 4041 Sousse, Tunisia.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: first and last name, e-mail address, password (encrypted), phone number if you provide one.
• Order data: products purchased, amounts, payment method used, payment reference, purchase history and invoices.
• Delivery data: the e-mail address where codes are sent and, where applicable, the game identifier (Player ID) you enter for a top-up.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, for audience measurement and site security.
• Contact data: the content of the messages you send us through the contact form or by e-mail.

3. Purpose of collection

Your data is collected for the following purposes only:

• creating and managing your customer account;
• processing your orders, verifying payments and delivering your digital products;
• issuing and retaining the accounting records relating to your purchases;
• answering your support requests and handling your claims;
• sending you our offers and newsletter, where you have consented to receive them;
• keeping the site secure and preventing fraud;
• measuring audience and improving our services.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is disclosed only to the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (hosting, e-mail sending, payment processing), who access it solely on our behalf and within the limits of their assignment, and to the competent authorities where the law requires it.

• Order-related data (invoices, purchase history, payment records): 10 years, in accordance with applicable accounting obligations.
• All other data (customer account, browsing data, marketing data): 3 years from the last contact with you — last login, last order or last exchange with our support team.

Once these periods have elapsed, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, and to object to processing for direct marketing purposes. You may also withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every e-mail we send.

Deleting your account does not delete the data we are legally required to retain, in particular the accounting records referred to in section 5.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored in encrypted form and sensitive delivery data is encrypted in the database. Access to data is restricted to authorised staff.
